Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, by clicking contact/place order button located on left side of web page, or fax during business hours of Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, and Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST. Orders will be confirmed by email or fax with an invoice. Standard Ground Purchase Orders must be received prior to 1:00 PM EST to ship same day.
Invoices may be paid by check, C.O.D., Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal (additional fees apply when using credit card - 3.5%), or billed on 30-day terms with signed credit application. Credit Cards can be accpeted but will have additional 3.5% added to coverr CC fees charged by SQUARE.
Most orders are shipped the same day. Purchase orders needing Next Day Delivery service must be received by 1:00 PM EST. Orders must be received by 1 PM EST for standard same day Ground Shipping. Standard or Expedited shipping are available for domestic and international orders. International options: Door to door, door to airport , and door to sea port, with DDP & DDU available. We have discounted rates with all major carriers.

Membrane & product sales are final and not available for return unless for warranty consideration. Some exceptions apply however, subject to 20% restocking fee if approved, as well as responsible for freight to & from destination point. All warrantys are with the manufacturer however, we do assist with filing the claim.
